Over the Mountain Cheese:
Vermont cheese and maple syrup are the focus of this edible tour. Visit a working dairy farm, stir the milk curds for cheese, nibble on sheep's milk cheese and tour scenic Weston and the Vt Country Store.

Scenic Farms and Valleys:
Travel to scenic Dorset and Pawlet Valley to experience the natural landscape of Vermont's farm country. Meet the goats at Consider Bardwell Farm, sample award winning cheese, maple syrup, brick oven breads, and artisan crafts.
